As you'll see from the length of this month's bulletin, everything has pretty much been in suspension during the month of July as Thailand battles the rising Covid Delta variant with too-few vaccines and quarantine policies that are too confusing. Several CMIRC members returned to their home countries primarily for vaccination while those who remained attempted to stay safe and keep up with the news to see which was the latest website where they were suppose to register to receive their vaccine. To our knowledge, all club members have remained Covid-free but the people we serve continue to suffer.
