The weather here in Chiang Mai is cooling and we're seeing tourists from overseas - mostly young people. The city is preparing to look its best for the Loy Krathong holiday in a week or so and CMIRC's service projects are in full swing as we welcome visitors and new club members. There is hope in the cool air.
Your intrepid editor was laid low with health problems that prevented publishing of the CMIRC Bulletin for several months.
This edition is abbreviated, but President Viki has done a great job summarizing our activities of the past few months. The many links she's included in her story are well worth exploring; some are brief videos of our activities. I'm on the mend and hope to produce a full Bulletin for our December issue.
