BULLETIN

July 2025

As we turn the page to July, the rainy season has returned in full bloom, draping Chiang Mai in lush green canopies and breathing new life into our hills and valleys. After the long, dry months, the revitalized vegetation reminds us of nature’s power to renew and restore, much like the spirit of Rotary service that guides our club throughout the year.

This month also marks the beginning of a new Rotary Year. It’s a time for celebration, gratitude, and anticipation. In Thailand, July is also a month of national pride and reverence. We join the nation in celebrating the birthday of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn (Rama X) on July 28. This important occasion is marked with public ceremonies, acts of merit, and heartfelt expressions of loyalty and gratitude. The King’s birthday, along with Asalha Puja and Khao Phansa (Buddhist Lent), makes July a time of deep reflection and generosity, values that resonate closely with Rotary’s mission of service above self.

We invite you to explore each article in this issue to learn more about the impact of our service projects. As we reflect on the past year, may we also look ahead with renewed purpose and enthusiasm for what lies ahead.

Wishing you an inspiring start to the new Rotary Year.

Yours in Service,
