I’m glad to be back in the editor’s chair this month and reconnecting through the stories that reflect who we are as a club. June is Rotary Fellowship Month, a time to celebrate not just what we do, but the relationships that make it all possible.

It’s also a good time to reflect on what brings us together, not just as Rotarians, but as members of a diverse and welcoming community here in Chiang Mai. At CMIRC, we take pride in being an inclusive club where people from all walks of life are respected, valued, and encouraged to contribute in their own unique ways.

This month is recognized around the world as Pride Month. This is a meaningful reminder for us that Rotary embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion. That means we support and celebrate differences, not just in background or culture, but in ideas, identities, and experiences. This commitment is at the heart of what makes CMIRC a vibrant and forward-thinking club.

Our membership is made up of people from different nationalities, cultures, and life experiences, all united by the shared goal of service above self. "Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion" aren’t just buzzwords to us; they shape how we build relationships, serve the community, and create lasting impact.
