CMIRC-Sponsored ACIS Interact Club Officially Launched

The Interact Club of Americana Chinese International School (ACIS) was officially launched during a signing ceremony, held at Ambassador Hall, UCIS, was honored by the presence of Rotary District 3360 Governor Jarruwat Teechawut, Founder Ajarn Amporn Garmolgomut, Chiang Mai International Rotary Club President Owen Hodgson, Youth Exchange Outbound Chair Dr. John Schorr, and Principal Timothy Traser, who shared inspiring messages focused on leadership, service, and global citizenship.
A highlight of the event was the inaugural address by Alex, the first President of the ACIS Interact Club. His speech emphasized unity, responsibility, and the importance of service, setting a strong and inspiring tone for the club’s future.
Sincere appreciation was also extended to Mr. Melih Soytekin, Interact Advisor, whose guidance and dedication were instrumental in supporting the student leaders and the successful establishment of the club.
The launch of the ACIS Interact Club strengthens Rotary’s youth leadership pipeline and reflects the shared commitment of ACIS, and CMIRC to empowering young people through service, leadership, and international understanding.
