Bi-weekly activities at the B. K. Kee Patient House have moved indoors to the library, a change that has been warmly welcomed by residents. The library provides a more comfortable setting during both the smoky season and the rainy season.
Recent art activities showed the residents’ creativity and artistic talent, bringing color, focus, and enjoyment to the indoor sessions. These regular activities continue to provide opportunities for patients and caregivers to relax, connect, and take part in something positive during difficult times.

Outside, work is also progressing on the expanded playground and exercise area. Upgraded drainage has been installed, and a border has been built around the site as preparation continues.
Kanchana Thornton, Klao Wongsingsak, and Gary Herman recently visited suppliers to select children’s playground equipment and adult exercise equipment. The equipment is expected to be ordered and installed in the coming months, giving patients and caregivers a safe and welcoming place to play, move, and exercise.
