In the July Bulletin, you witnessed the exciting progress fueled by the initial $100,000 USD installment from The ONE Humanitarian Awards. These funds are now propelling the construction of 10 exquisite self-contained residential units, proudly named Nikki’s Apartments. The once-overgrown building site (as showcased in Photo 1) has been miraculously transformed into the promising shell of a new building (see Photo 2).
Recent developments have us thrilled with the arrival of the second payment. The brick walls are now adorned with fresh render, and the apartments are truly beginning to come to life (captured beautifully in Photos 3 and 4). Be sure to stay tuned for next month, as we eagerly anticipate the exciting outcome of the heated discussion surrounding the color and pattern of the tiles.
